Less than half of those surveyed believed they have the right blend of technology, talent, and governance to roll out generative AI successfully. Executives view generative AI as a catalyst for productivity, work transformation, and innovation, yet nearly half believe that it can also negatively impact organizational trust if not managed correctly.
