WASHINGTON — Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Wednesday (July 12) launched his own artificial intelligence (AI) company, xAI, as he seeks to compete with OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT — a programme he accuses of being politically biased and irresponsible.
