The tech giants and ChatGPT creator OpenAI are among the companies that met with President Joe Biden and signed the voluntary agreement.
US President Joe Biden met with Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and Inflection on Friday at the White House, where they agreed to emphasize “safety, security and trust” when developing AI technologies. Earlier this week, the company launched the second generation of its AI large language model, Llama 2, making it free and open source.
